3. All orders take 3-10 business days(Monday-Friday) to process and ship. Due to high demand, we have to allow processing time. If you ordered an item on backorder, please read our backorder policy in our FAQ. Thank you in advance for your patience.
4. If your order was marked as “SHIPPED”, before contacting us about the whereabouts of your package, please check your email (and spam) as we sent you a USPS.com tracking # to track your package. USPS.com takes up to 24-48hrs to update your tracking information. Once we have shipped your order, unless there is a delay in transit by the USPS, it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver your package between 1-3 business days (USA Only), depending on where you live, as we ship ALL orders via priority mail. If you are concerned about your package once it is in transit, please call the USPS.
