We ask that you have patience with us, however if you choose not to wait 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, it is our policy to issue you a full refund, immediately. 2. Please check your SPAM. Please read all emails we send to you regarding your order as they include important information, including your USPS tracking #. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list.
3. All orders take 3-10 business days(Monday-Friday) to process and ship. Due to high demand, we have to allow processing time. If you ordered an item on backorder, please read our backorder policy in our FAQ. Thank you in advance for your patience.
4. If your order was marked as “SHIPPED”, before contacting us about the whereabouts of your package, please check your email (and spam) as we sent you a USPS.com tracking # to track your package when your order is in QUE for shipping. When you order is shipped aka in possession by the USPS), USPS.com takes up to 24-48hrs to update your tracking information. Once we have shipped your order, unless there is a delay in transit by the USPS, it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver your package within 3-4 business days (USA Only), depending on where you live, as we ship ALL orders via First Class mail with tracking. If you are concerned about your package once it is in transit, please call the USPS.
